All AlphaYield account applicants must fill out our online account application form and share the following documents:
- Company Certificate of Incorporation
- Company Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Company Employer Identification Number (EIN) shown on IRS SS-4 form
- Recent Corporate Bank Statement which includes the Corporate address dated within the past 90 days
- Passport or Photo ID for all owners of 25% or more of the company (if applicable)
- Proof of address for all owners of 25% or more of the company (if applicable) dated within the past 90 days
Entities, individuals, payment and banking institutions located in countries listed on the US Treasury Department OFAC List are banned from conducting business with AlphaYield. All clients are subject to ongoing compliance monitoring. All non-OFAC jurisdictions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Within the United States, AlphaYield is not authorized to conduct business with entities and individuals incorporated and/or residing in the following states:
Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Puerto Rico
Yes, AlphaYield can send and receive from Third Party Payment Institutions. All account applicants must submit proof that they hold a Corporate Account with the Third Party Payment Institution(s) during the AML/KYC account onboarding process with AlphaYield.
